After breakfast, go for a morning boat cruise upstream the calm Victoria Nile to the base of the falls stopping just tens of meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron”. En-route, marvel at the toothsome hippos, crocodiles and over this 17 km stretch you may see elephants, waterbuck and the Uganda Kob. This is also a zone of many bird species like Goliath heron, Egyptian goose, pelican bee-eater, kingfisher, hornbill, cormorant and the rare shoebill stork. After the cruise, you will then proceed for a hike to the top of the falls (approx. 1 hour). See where the world’s longest river explodes violently through a narrow cleft in the Rift Valley escarpment to plunge into a frothing pool 43m below. Your driver/guide will be waiting for you to transfer you back to the lodge.

You will then head to the lodge to check out and head for Kampala.

There will be a stopover at the Uganda equator where you will be able to take great pictures. You will arrive in the evening and our guide will drop you off in Kampala.

End of trip!!!
