DETAILED ITINERARY OF 6 DAYS TEAM BUILDING TOUR TO KIBALE, QUEEN ELIZABETH AND MURCHISON FALLS
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison falls National Park with a stop at the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary
You will be picked you’re your office or any preferred location in Kenya and transfer to Murchison Falls national park, on this long journey you will have several stopovers at road side markets to buy fresh fruits and roasted meat. This journey takes you through Luwero, where the NRM regime launched a rebellion which brought them to power.
The main stopover on this journey is at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary – a home to Uganda’s last remaining white rhinos and is the only place where you can spot the white and black rhinos in their natural habitat. On rhino tracking experience done on foot, you will be guided by a resident guide or ranger through the wilderness while learning about the breeding program for rhinos and you will spend a maximum of one hour in their presence.
You will proceed to Masindi district where you will have lunch and then continue to Murchison Falls national park. on arrival in the park, you will drive directly to the top of the Murchison Falls – the most powerful falls in the world for beautiful views and photography. Head to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Morning Game drive – Afternoon Nile Boat cruise
Wake up early for breakfast and transfer to the park for a morning game drive in the northern section of the park, the morning hours are excellent for game drives as animals are easily seen and more active as it is not yet too hot. And also perfect for spotting predators such as giraffes, waterbucks, wild dogs, lions and leopards going back to their dens after a night of hunting.
You will then return to your lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will go for an afternoon boat cruise at the Nile River, this river attracts a huge population of wildlife in the park and a boat cruise is the best activity to see them. The boat cruise offers an opportunity to marvel at the beautiful scenery, animals such as elephants, cape buffaloes, Nile crocodiles, hippos and many bird species such as herons, kingfishers, shoe bill storks, crested crane among others.
When approaching the Devil’s Cauldron, you will enjoy magnificent views of the Mighty Murchison Falls as it squeezes through the narrow gorge and take amazing pictures. After this amazing experience, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Kibale National Park – Visit the Bigodi Wetlands sanctuary
Have a leisure breakfast, checkout of your rooms and transfer to Kibale National park, along the journey you will enjoy magnificent views of the green forest canopy and unfamiliar terrain, the Great East African Rift Valley, locals in the farms, trading centers, towns, churches among others.
You will arrive in Kibale Forest national park in time for lunch which you will have after checking in, in the afternoon you will go for a visit to the Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary for a nature walk for sights of various bird species, small primates such as chimpanzees, black and white colobus monkeys among others. You will also visit the neighboring community. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale – Transfer to Queen Elizabeth Park
Wake up for breakfast and transfer to the park’s headquarters for briefing about the rules and regulations of chimpanzee trekking and what to expect on this activity, the briefing is conducted by a parker’s ranger.
After the briefing, you will hike into the forests of Kibale looking for chimpanzees and once you find them you will watch them play, groom each other, swinging on tree branches, mating and making loud hoots.
Chimpanzee trekking is very demanding as chimpanzees do not stay for long in one place, chimpanzees love spending more time on top of trees which makes it difficult to photography but amazing to see as they are more dramatic.
During chimpanzee tracking, you will have the opportunity to see other 12 species of primates living in Kibale Forest national park such as red-tailed monkeys, L’Hoest’s monkeys, Colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, vervet monkeys, pottos, bush babies, baboons and grey-cheeked Mangabey among others.
After the experience, you will head back to your lodge for lunch, then checkout and transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park on a journey of 3 hours. Along the way you will enjoy amazing scenery of crater lakes, escarpments and the Rwenzori Mountains. Arrive in the park in the evening, check into your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Morning game drive – Boat ride at the Kazinga Channel
Wake up early for breakfast and transfer to the park for an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi sector of Queen Elizabeth national park, the morning hours offer great opportunity to see large concentrations of animals such as lions, hyenas, elephants, warthogs, buffaloes and various kinds of antelopes among others.
After the game drive, you will return to your lodge for lunch and refreshment and in the afternoon you will go for a launch cruise on Kazinga Channel – a natural channel connecting Lake George and Lake Edward.
During the boat cruise lookout for a huge concentration of animals such as hippos, Nile crocodiles, cape buffaloes, hyenas and many birds such as pelicans, kingfishers and saddle billed storks among others.
After the memorable experience, you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Tree Climbing Lions of Ishasha – Transfer Back to Entebbe or Kampala
Wake up early for breakfast and head to the park’s Ishasha Sector of the park for climbing lions seen resting on the fig trees and other animals such as elephants, antelopes among others. Afterwards, you will bid farewell to the park and transfer back to Kampala where you will be dropped off either at your offices or preferred location.
