Dining at The Sands at Nomad

The Sands at Nomad offers a first – class dining experience with 3 superb restaurants on site, serving a selection of dishes from around the world. Food at The Sands at Nomad is healthy and is an integral part of the experience as it is expertly prepared by the Hotel’s executive chef and his team using locally sourced ingredients. Fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices and eggs are harvested from the Nomad Organic Farm, the farm uses the guiding principles of permaculture farming. The fish is freshly bought from the local fishermen, to support sustainable fishing and to ensure that undersize seafood is returned to the sea, seafood measuring boards are used.

Dining by the Pool is offered at Riva’s Pool Bar located next to the Swimming pool surrounded by a canopy of trees on the edge of the Nomad Forest. Riva’s Swimming pool is exclusive to the hotel residents  and offers 2 very different dining experience with Rivas Teppanyaki Table and Riva’s Grill.

The Pool Bar offers a range of snacks and light bites that can be enjoyed while relaxing at the pool throughout the day, the pool bar is perfect for those waiting for a relaxed lunch and want something to keep you going in the afternoon.

Teppanyaki Japanese Grill & Sushi

When dining at Indulge Fine Dining – fine dining at the beach, your table chooses 1 of a number of set menus prepared by our chef for the table. The meals are perfectly balanced to showcase the local flavors and can be paired with a number of wines for the cellar, fresh, local ingredients.

Most of the produce used at Indulge is grown at the resort’s private farm guaranteeing its quality and organic status.
