Because of the zoning restrictions, Tower Palace Three originally was meant to have 93 stores but currently stands at 73 stores and this is due to numerous setbacks encountered as it grew taller.

Following the reduction in height, the building was brough down to a point where they still stepped but only in two-story or three – story increments as explained by smith “it was almost like building a top to the building”.

AT THE TOP

This is the most popular spot for visitors visiting the Burj Khalifa and is located at Levels 124 & 125, to get to this floor you will use the world’s highest elevator. At The Top floor is designed with an indoor and outdoor observation deck, embedded with massive floor – to – celling glass windows providing visitors with magnificent views of the Dubai’s skyline.

There is also the Falcon’s Eye View – an interactive display which you can use to know more about the important landmarks of Dubai City.

What to Expect on “At The Top Floor”

To get to this floor, you will drive up the world’s fastest elevator to get to the At The Top floor and while on this floor, you will be treated to incredible views of the city from the observation decks on Levels 124 and 125. There is a souvenir shop where visitors can purchase some beautiful memorabilia to take back home, interact with the Falcon’s Eye View Display to learn more about Dubai’s landmarks and observe sights of Dubai at a distance using the high-powered telescopes.

This fascinating floor is located at a staggering 555 meters above ground and one can reach there by riding up the super-fast elevator, on this floor visitors are treated with the finest hospitality, complete with delicious refreshments and personalized tour offered by a guest ambassador. The floor also has a lounge area visitors can relax at.

At The Top Sky hosts the World’s highest observation Deck, while on this floor your heart will go in a race as you stare out in the open and soak in the City of the Gold’s landscape.

To get to At The Top Sky, you take an elevator from Level 124, once you step on this floor you will be welcomed with some refreshments and a guest ambassador who will give you a tour around the floor. The Lounge at Burj Khalifa offers unbeatable views, though the lounge has no observation deck, visitors enjoy a splendid meal at 585 meters above the ground level with Dubai’s beautiful terrain serving as a perfect backdrop and ambience.
