Day 1: Sun City
On arrival at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg you will be met by our representative and transferred to Sun City. Once you have checked in, you will spend the rest of the day to your leisure.
Sun City is home to the Valley of Waves and sprawled along the border of the Pilanesberg National Park, the resort enjoys the fine distinction of being the only surf-and-safari destination within a 2 hours’ drive of Johannesburg. Whether you are looking for a romantic stay with your loved one, a fun weekend getaway with friends or a North West holiday with the whole family, Sun City Resort has it all.

Day 2: Sun City
Today is at leisure in and around Sun City. There is endless activities to do here, from the casinos to golf, the Valley of Waves, watersports, quad biking, zipline and more.

Day 3: Pilanesberg National Park
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Pilanesberg National Park situated close to Sun City.
This mesmerizing park is situated in the ecologically rich transition zone between the Kalahari and the Lowveld, this vast area promises thrilling big game viewing in a malaria free environment.
Arrive at the lodge in time for check-in and have lunch, then relax for a while before the afternoon game drive, lookout for several animals including lions, leopards, rhinos, cape buffaloes, cheetahs, zebras, elephants among others. In the evening you will return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4-5: Pilanesberg National Park
These two days in Pilanesburg National Park are centered around the game drives. You will enjoy two guided game drives daily, which are conducted in the reserve’s wilderness area during the morning and evening in an open 10-seater game viewing vehicle.
These game drives take three to four hours, with a sundowner’s stop at sunset, and a coffee stop in the morning. With professional rangers you will see a large variety of mammals and reptiles in the park including giraffe, white rhinoceros, African buffalo, elephant, hippos, wildebeests, wild dog, hippos, zebra, greater Kudu, waterbucks, springbok, warthogs, cheetahs, serval, genet and the rare brown hyena among others.

Day 6: End of your Tour
Enjoy your last morning in the bush. After breakfast, check out and meet your driver for the road transfer to OR Tambo International Airport, Johanesburg, bringing your South Africa Safari to an end.
