Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Karongwe Private Game Reserve
You will fly from Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport into Hoedspruit airport. On arrival, you are met by our local representative for the road transfer to the camp.

Day 2: Full Day in Karongwe Private Game Reserve
Enjoy breakfast and head out for a full of activities in Karongwe Game Reserve, a wildlife sanctuary located between 4 rivers which provide exceptional habitats for diverse flora, fauna and prolific birdlife. This untamed and tranquil garden of Eden, sits on 9000 hectares of land, offering excellent chances to view the Big Five, and is one of the best locations in Africa to spot the most elusive large cat, the leopard.
On this you day you will indulge in daily scheduled and shared game drives and walking safaris, guided by superb rangers and trackers, many of whom were born in the area, and intimately acquainted with its cultural traditions.
Game drives in Karongwe Private Game Reserve are conducted in open safari vehicles with qualified and knowledgeable guide, you will see several animals including lion, leopard, elephant, rhino, buffalo, cheetah, giraffe, zebra, wildebeests, hyenas, wildebeests, kudu, bushbuck, wild dogs, jackals and several bird species including various raptors, warblers among others.
