DETAILED ITINERARY OF 10 DAYS TANZANIA LUXURY HONEYMOON SAFARI
Day 1: DAY 1: ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT
On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by your private guide and transfer you to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy breakfast and depart to Tarangire National Park, this scenic park is named after the Tarangire River which runs through the park and is the only source of water for wildlife in the region most especially during the dry season.
Tarangire National Park is dominated by a range of dense vegetation including elephant grass, acacia woodlands and lush groundwater forest. The park is well known for its large herds of elephants which are often seen congregating by the river, while in the park in game drives you will see giraffes, bushbucks and many other animals.

DAY 3: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy breakfast and afterwards depart to Lake Manyara National Park – an unspoilt Paradise best known for its abundance of birds including the flamingoes and the rare tree climbing lions. The western border of the park is formed by the dramatic western escarpment and the to east is the shallow alkaline Lake Manyara, the lake covers a large area of the park, flooding and drying with the seasons.
Lake Manyara is home to thousands of flamingoes most especially during the rain season, the park is generally dominated by diverse vegetation ranging from savannah to evergreen forest. As you explore the park on a game drive you will see giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, elephants and lions if you are lucky.

DAY 4: NGORONGORO CRATER
After breakfast, you will head to Ngorongoro Conservation Area – home to Ngorongoro Crater – the world’s largest intact caldera, the crater was created when a large volcano exploded and collapsed in itself two to three million years ago. Ngorongoro Crater is famous for both its geological delight and for being a natural reserve which is home to some of the densest large mammal populations in the whole of Africa.
You will descend down into the crater for a game drive on the crater floor providing you the best chance of seeing the endangered black rhino, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles and more than 500 bird species.
Enjoy picnic lunch and continue exploring the crater till late afternoon, head for your luxury lodge at the rim of the crater for dinner and overnight

DAY 5 & 6: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Have early breakfast and depart to Serengeti National Park.
Serengeti National Park is truly spectacular famous for its vast open grasslands which allow for excellent sightings of wildlife, Serengeti is the oldest National Park in Tanzania and is also one of the oldest ecosystems on earth. Its climate and vegetation have remained largely untouched for millions of years, the park boasts abundant wildlife and is perhaps best known for the annual Great Migration. Vast numbers accompanied by large numbers of zebras and antelopes move in annual pattern constantly seeking fresh grazing, the precise timing of the Migration is entirely dependent upon the rainfall patterns each year.
Enjoy picnic lunch and have an extensive game drive. Head to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 7-9: SERENGETI TO NORTH COAST OF ZANZIBAR (NUNGWI)
After breakfast, you will head straight to the airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar airport (ZNZ). You will be welcomed by your guide and head to the northern east coast of Zanzibar in Nungwi, this beautiful beach is located on the northeast coast of Zanzibar, 40 kilometers from Stone Town.
The sea-floor slope is smooth, the water deepens slowly and the tides are strong. The coast and bottom are covered with snow-white sand and tall palm trees grow around the perimeter. Indian Ocean is warm, the azure water is clean and clear.
Nungwi Beach is popular for its resorts and beach hotels.
During your stay, there are optional activities you can do such as kitesurfing, sunset boat cruise, snorkeling and swimming with dolphins among others.
