Detailed itinerary of 10 Days Masai Mara – Serengeti – Ngorongoro Flight Safari
DAY 1: Arrive Nairobi, Kenya
Upon arrival in Nairobi – the capital of Kenya at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. Then transfer you to your hotel in Nairobi where you will spend the rest of the day at relaxation and spend the night.

DAY 2: Transfer Masai Mara
After breakfast, depending on your domestic flight schedule. You will be picked up by your guide and transfer to Wilson Airstrip for your domestic flight to Maasai Mara, you will fly across the Rift Valley and arrive in the reserve in the mid- morning (that is if you booked a morning flight).
You will be picked up from the airstrip and transfer to the lodge for lunch, after lunch you will have an afternoon game drive in the reserve searching for wildlife and some of the animals to look for include lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, gazelles among others. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 3: Safari Activities in the Reserve
Wake up early at around 06.00 am for a morning coffee and proceed on the early morning game drive which is perfect for catching sights of predators like lions, leopards, hyenas as they return from their hunting spree. Return to the lodge for breakfast and afterwards, you will go for an extensive game drive till lunch time, spend the early afternoon at rest till 1630 hours then proceed for another game drive exploring the reserve more and watching more animals. After sunset, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 4: Safaris in Masai Mara
Spend another full day in Masai Mara on safari game drives exploring the reserve more and watching more animals.
Alternatively, you can do a hot air balloon on this morning providing you with aerial views of the reserve and its wildlife, this experience is followed by a champagne breakfast as you toast to conquering the skyline.
You can also have a cultural visit to the Masai Village where you will have an encounter the local Masai People, learn about their culture and traditions among others.
DAY 5: Fly Masai Mara – Serengeti
Wake up early for morning game drive followed by breakfast, check out of your lodge and head for the airstrip for your flight to Serengeti. Upon land in Serengeti National Park, you will be warmly welcomed by our Tanzania representative (your safari guide) and with a short game drive, you will head to your lodge for lunch and short rest.
In the afternoon, you will return to the park for an extensive game drive exploring the park’s savannah plains and catching sight of various animals including lions, leopards, cape buffaloes, giraffes, elands among others. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAYs 6 & 7: Safaris in Serengeti
Spend two full days exploring Serengeti.
Serengeti National Park covering an area of 14,763 square kilometers composed of grassland plains and savannah as well as riverine forest and woodlands, the park lies in the north of the country, bordered to the north by the Tanzania and Kenyan border where it is continuous to Masai Mara National Reserve.
On these two days, you will have game driving in Serengeti Plains where you will see various animals calling the park home including zebras, gazelles, impalas, hartebeests, topis, buffaloes, waterbucks, lions, leopards, cheetahs among others.
DAY 8: Drive Serengeti – Ngorongoro
After breakfast, depart for a morning game drive in Serengeti National Park. With your packed lunch boxes proceed driving to Ngorongoro Conservation Area via Olduvai Gorge site of Louis and Mary Leakey renowned archaeological discoveries. You will visit the museum where you will see various discoveries on display including some of the man’s earliest known ancestral.
Head to your lodge for check-in, have dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 9: Ngorongoro Crater Tour
Enjoy breakfast and head to Ngorongoro crater for a full day tour with your packed lunch boxes, descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the crater, during the game drive you will explore all the corners of the crater while enjoying sight of various animals including elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, gazelles, lions, leopards among others. You will also explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants and the lake area where you may see the flamingoes.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 10: Drive Arusha – Depart
After breakfast at the lodge, you will drive to Arusha then proceed to Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight back home marking the end of the safari.
